Sustainability - We want to produce consciously and ethically. All our products are sustainably sourced and vegan (no animal by-products and never tested on animals). 

Transparency - We don’t believe in ingredients you can't pronounce or secretive formulas. We will always be open about what type of ingredients are used and our practices.

Effectiveness - We love seeing the reaction of customers and tattoo artists who try our products for the first time. We want people to see a noticeable and tangible transformation from the first use.



What is your design philosophy?

We believe in minimal yet bold design. Our product design and packaging will always be sleek and made to not only work great but look beautiful on your vanity.

What kind of quality are the ingredients?

We spend a lot of time sourcing, sampling, and testing ingredients for our products. We only use 100% organic ingredients, all our ingredients are natural, and our oils will always be premium in quality and extraction. 

Where our your products made?

All our products are made in Toronto, Canada. 

Do you offer samples?

You are able to get a free sample for all our products to test out before purchase. Just pay $5 for shipping anywhere in the world. We're sure once you try a sample you will need the full-sized bottle in your life. We currently limit samples to one per customer. 

How long do your products last before needing to repurchase?

This really depends on your frequency of use and the surface area of tattooed skin you have. We have seen our bottles last anywhere between 2 weeks to 4 months or even longer for small, minimal tattoos. 

Do you offer an automatic subscription service?

We do! Simply use the tab on the product page to select the frequency of when you would like your product to arrive. Customers can save 10% when they choose to subscribe. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. 

Do you offer wholesale?

We do offer wholesale ordering on all our products with a MOQ of 10. This can now be done directly from our website under the Wholesale tab. Simply choose your quantity and check-out. Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! You can get your hands on product no matter where you are around the globe.

How long do orders take to ship?

We process and ship out all orders within 2 business days. We’ll keep you updated throughout! You will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping email with tracking once it has been shipped out.

What are the available shipping options?

We currently offer 3 shipping options for all US and international orders: Standard, Express, and Priority depending on how quickly you need your package to arrive! You can see the breakdown and make a selection at check-out.

Has Covid 19 affected shipping times?

We are continuing to pack and ship out orders in 2 business days. We are also adhering to increased sanitization and care with the handling of all products. We have seen some delays with our shipping carriers for both domestic and international shipping. Please allow a grace period of 10 business days for US and Canadian orders and 20 business days for international orders. 

How do gift cards work?

You can place a gift card order by selecting the desired amount using the drop-down. After that, you can check-out as usual. Once the order is placed, you will receive an email with a unique code that can be entered at check-out to redeem the gift card. You will receive this email to whichever email is inputted at check-out!

Do you offer returns?

We offer returns on any items that arrive faulty or damaged. Otherwise we are happy to provide a store credit. To initiate a return, you can email us at
